Why drive for Nick Strimbu Inc.?
Two words… Driver Satisfaction.
It isn’t necessarily about how much our drivers are paid. It isn’t always about the benefits and the home time. Sure, our drivers love our equipment, but other companies have nice trucks too. Why do our drivers turn over at an industry low rate? It comes down to driving for a company that treats our drivers like a member of the family.
With Regional Flatbed and Refrigerated routes that feature weekly home time, our drivers are able to raise and support their families in a stable environment. Our diversity of freight ensures that there are no slow times of the year where the miles aren’t there. Our modern equipment is reliable and our maintenance program keeps our driver’s wheels turning. But most of all, our drivers are treated with dignity and respect.
Nick Strimbu Inc. has been family owned and operated since 1926. For nearly a century, our drivers have taken care of this company… each and every single day. It is part of our commitment to always take care of the driver when the need arises. We will always have their back. Our drivers see this in every aspect of our operation. Come see what “TheStrimbuDifference” is all about.

Driver Testimonials:
“I have been in the military for 37 years and with Nick Strimbu Inc. for 15 years. Mobilized and deployed for 4 and a half years, in all of that time, I have known no other company better in working with the military and with the amount of time I need off to perform my military functions.”
— CSM Keith Bright

"I've been self-employed most of my adult life. This is like being self-employed without the headaches …they're big enough to work for, small enough to know you by name. I make good money, the trucks are maintained for me—all they ask is that I do my work. I can't say enough about them."
Tom Armstrong—Refrigerated Driver, Dover Terminal
